Can Recycle Drive
Ask your neighbors, relatives and friends to collect their aluminum cans for your swimmer! Please have your cans collected by October 1st. You can drop them off at Coach Amy's house or bring them to swim practice. Coach Amy plans on going to Behr recycling on Saturday October 1st. With one large group drop, we can receive an extra $.05 on aluminum! Please staple a piece of paper with your swimmers name onto the bags, so we can keep track of the weight of each family's cans. If you decide to keep collecting cans past October 1st, you are responsible for taking them to the a recycling plant and turning the money into Coach Amy or Carrie at the PE Center office. For more information, contact Cherie Solis or Coach Amy.

Coach Amy has order forms available. Please collect money when customers order. Social & Team Spirit Events

Swimmer of the Week
Each week Coach Amy will select a swimmer who has given 100% at practice, done well at meets, dropped times, etc. This swimmer's picture and tidbits of information is posted each week.

"Fuel Up" Social Gatherings
A day or two before a swim meet, swimmers and families meet at someone's house and have a pasta party, ice cream social, pizza, etc. Each family volunteers to bring something to the Fuel Up, such as bread, drinks, dessert, paper goods, salads, fruit, etc. This is a great way for families to meet, kids to socialize and have fun with the Coach. For more information, please contact Cherie Solis.
