Waiver Policy
All praticipants in our programs, leagues, classes and trips will be required to sign a participation waiver.  Parents or guardians must sign for children under 18 years of age.

Waiting List

Many of our programs have registration limits. Due to facility space and staff limitations, we cannot always guarantee that we will have space for everyone. The Park District maintains waiting lists for programs that have reached their maximum capacity and encourages everyone to be placed on a waiting list. If possible, every attempt will be made to accommodate you by either expanding the original program, creating a new program, or replacing individuals who cancelled out of the program. No payment will be made if you are placed on the waiting list. Once space in the program is created, you will be notified, and the registration can be completed.

Refund Policy

Before the first day of the program - A $5 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds except when a medical excuse is presented in writing. If a program is cancelled by the Park District, participants will receive a full refund.
After the start of the program - Refunds requested after the start of a program are not typically provided, however determinations will be made on a case to case basis.
Trips - A refund will only be given for trips if money has not been committed for tickets, bus, etc., or the seat can be filled from a waiting list.
Summer Camp, Tiger Den & Fun Zone - These programs have their own cancellation/refund policies. Please refer to the parent handbook, available on-line, for more information.
