Summer Day Camp is offered for children 5 ½ - 12 years, Monday - Friday, from 6:00AM- 6:00PM.
Check-in time is from 6:00AM - 8:30AM and check-out time is from 4:00PM - 6:00PM. Please notify Carrie

|Registration & Payment: A Summer Camp Enrollment form must be on file prior to your child(ren) attending
Summer Camp. Please register by noon on Friday prior to the week of attendance to guarantee a space in
summer camp. A $10 weekly late fee will be charged for registrations not recieved prior to Monday |
morning. No credits will be given for missed days. If you pick-up your child after 6 pm, a $5 late pick-up fee will be charged every 15 minutes. Payment is now accepted through our on-line registration system or in person at the park district administrative office. Over the phone registrations will only be accepted if you have a current credit card authorization form on file.
Field Trip Notes: Pre-registration and payment is due in advance for all field trips. Times listed above are estimates. The
additional fee covers the cost of the bus, the bus driver, and admission (if applicable). If a child is attending camp on the day
of the field trip, he/she must attend the field trip. Registrations are due by noon on Friday prior to the week of attendance.
A $10 weekly late fee will be charged for registrations not recieved prior to Monday morning. Early registration is strongly
encouraged for field trip dates as space is limited and trips often fill prior to the deadline.

Tiger Den Before and After School Program 2016-17 Download Flyer
Tiger Den is a licensed-exempt cooperative program between the Byron School & Park District, which provides elementary school children structured activities and quality care in a convenient and safe location. Tiger Den staff escorts students to school in the morning and picks up students in a designated location when school dismisses. The program is designed to be flexible and accommodate working parents; however, all individuals are welcome to participate!
Enrollment Forms must be completed each school year.

Snow Days - Services will not be offered on school snow days. However, the Byron School District may not announce school cancellations until 6 am or later. If your child(ren) are already at AM Tiger Den, we will contact you and request that you pick up your child(ren) as soon as possible to ensure safety of all children and staff members.

Registration & Payment
Registration, where you indicate what days your child is
attending and payment for those days is due prior to the
week of attendance. Beginning Monday morning of each
week, a $10 weekly late fee will be charged for all
registrations. However, if
your child is only attending one day that week, a drop-in fee of $8 AM and $12 PM will be charged instead of the daily rate plus $10 late fee. No Credits will be
given for missed days. Payment is now accepted through our on-line registration system or in person at the bpd office. Over the phone registrations will only be acceptedif you have a current credit card authorization form on file.

Participants arriving before 7 am, have the option of eating a cold breakfast (i.e. granola bars, nutri-grain bars, or pop-tarts).

Grades 2-5: Eat snack & do homework

Please notify the Park District when registering your child
if you need Tiger Den staff to take or pick-up your child

|This program is designed for the parent(s) who have to work while their child has a day off school. Age-appropriate games and activities, supervised free-time, snacks, lunch and swimming will be scheduled daily. Fun Zone is a cooperative program between the Byron School & Park District and is licensed exempt. We must have at least 8 individuals registered during winter & spring break days to hold the program. Notes: Children must bring their own lunch, swim suit, and towel. Snacks are provided.|
