2012 Community Survey / Strategic Plan As part of the Park Districts development of a Strategic Plan, we conducted a community survey in September 2012 which was mailed to random households in the city, available on-line, and posted at our main office. The input received from the survey was very valuable to us for future planning and implementation of quality services for the Byron area. We want to thank everyone who participated and for taking the time to complete it and return it to us. The results from the survey as well as information attained at community meetings and internal consultations provided the Park District the components to establish our Strategic Plan. On December 18, 2012 the Strategic Plan was approved and adopted at the Board of Commissioners regular meeting. We thank you for your support and participation.
