Byron Park District’s Tiger Sharks Swim Team
Tiger Sharks is for all
levels of ability and is designed for swimmers who are
interested in
developing competitive strokes and participating in competitive
events. Swimmers must be
6 years or older and be able to swim one length of the pool
continuously without aide.
Calendars with exact practice dates/times along with swim meets
will be given to all swimmers.
Where:
Byron H.S. Swimming Pool & Nash Pool - Oregon (when Byron’s pool
closes for summer repairs.

ABILITY GROUPS, PRACTICE TIMES & FEES
Blue Group: The blue group is designed for beginning competitive swimmers. Practices will focus on the four competitive strokes, starts and turns.
Byron Days: M, T, TH* Time: 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Oregon Days: M, T, TH* Time: 5:00 - 6:00 pm

This group is for those who have mastered the skills in the
blue group and focuses on improving stroke technique and

FEE & PAYMENT
INFORMATION:
• Since Tiger Sharks is a United States Swimming
team, all participants are required to pay a yearly $60 USS
Registration and
Insurance Fee.
• $10 Sibling Discount per session
• Additional fees ($10 or $15) are charged for participation in
swim meets.
• All fees including session fees, meet fees and USS fees should
be paid through the Byron Park District
