Before & After School Tiger Den

This before and after school program provides a convenient and safe location for elementary school children. Available morning activities include supervised play in the Mary Morgan Gym, card and board
games, coloring and drawing, reading, completing homework, resting, and watching cartoons! Cold breakfast will also be included with the morning service. For the afternoon program, the Byron Park District staff will pick up your child when school dismisses at the Mary Morgan school and escort them to Tiger Den. Activities include organized games, snacks, and study time. Activities take place at Dreamworks Playground, Mary Morgan Gym, Mary Morgan Cafeteria, the PE Center, and the Tiger Den
Room. Pick-up location is in the Tiger Den Room.

NOTE: Tiger Den is a cooperative program between the Byron School & Park District and is licensed exempt

Prior to using the program, an enrollment form must be completed.

MIN/MAX: 10/45 Per Day
 

GRADES: Kindergarten - 5th Grade
 

DAYS/DATES: Any day that Byron School District #226 is in session including early dismissal days.

AM TIME: 6:00 - 8:00 a.m.
 

PM TIME: School Dismissal until 6:00 p.m.*
* Late pick-ups incur a $5 fee every 15 min.
 

AM FEES: $5/day for the first child
$4/day for each additional child
 

PM FEES: $7/day for the first child
$5/day for each additional child

Payment Deadline: All fees and schedule of days attending are due by NOON on the FRIDAY prior to the week your child is attending.
Late Fees: A $5 weekly late fee will be charged for payments received past Noon on Friday. In addition, if you pick-up your child(ren) after 6 p.m., a $5 late pick-up fee will be charged every 15 minutes.
Morning Tiger Den Credits: A $4/day per child credit will be given IF you contact the Byron Park District office no later than 6 am on the day of absence. No Exceptions!
Afternoon Tiger Den Credits: A $5/day per child credit will be given IF you contact the Byron Park District office no later than 12 pm on the day of absence. No Exceptions!
