Registration
Policy

insufficient enrollment.
The Park District reserves the right to cancel
classes and make changes in the schedule and fees.
Mail-In Registration
Please mail registration at least seven days
prior to the deadline/starting date of the program.

mail-in registrations not received or for classes filling up.

envelope with a written
request for the receipt.
Payment
All program registration fees must be paid at the
time of registration. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All payments must be made in the form of cash,
check, credit card, debit card or money order.
We now accept credit or debit cards.
VISA, Mastercard, Discover & American Express! ! ! !
Waiting List
Many of our classes have registration limits.
Because of facility space and staff limitations, we cannot always
guarantee that we will have space for everyone. The Park District
maintains waiting lists for classes that have reached their maximum
registration and encourages everyone to be placed on a waiting list.
Every attempt will be made to accommodate you by expanding the
original class, creating a new class, or replacing persons who
cancelled out of the
class. No payment will be made if you are placed on the waiting
list. Once space in the class is created, you will be notified, and
the registration can be completed.
Late Registrations
After the registration deadline the Park District
will determine if the class will be held or cancelled. Once this
decision is made we will continue accepting registrations until the
class or league is full.
Definition of Residency
If your permanent resident address is within the
Byron Park District boundaries, you will be charged the resident
rate. Proof of residency, such as a driver’s license, rental lease,
voter’s registration, or tax-statement may be required.
